Robbie Dean & ARU Training Camps

The training camps being held on Saturday 31st March are as follows;

U13 and U15 – 10.45am to 11.45am (Glen Willow Stadium Field 1)

U7, U9, U11 – 12.30pm to 1.30pm (Glen Willow Stadium Field 1)

No football boots are to be worn on the main field, joggers only. For non-players, a $5 registration fee will apply – forms available at the Tournament Officials desk on the day.

A $10 entry fee applies into the Glen Willow Stadium to adults only, children under 18 years free. The main game commences at 3.15pm between The Australian Barbarians and The Australian Police XV.

Non-players who wish to try out the game of Rugby for the first time are welcome to join at no charge.

Saturday Games at Glen Willow

All games being played on Saturday 31st March will be played at the Glen Willow Sporting Complex. All Walla, Juniors, Seniors and Golden Oldies games will be played on the outer fields with all the Robbie Deans training camps being held in the main stadium. Entry to the main stadium will be $10 which allows you to enter and exit the stadium throughout the day. All kids under 18 are free. The curtain raiser is the Graham Gordon shield being played at 2pm between the Emus 17′s V Mudgee 17′s. The main game will commence at 3.15pm.

From Friday 9th March the Mudgee Visitors Centre at 84 Market St will be selling tickets to the Family Dinner at Parklands. Costs are $450 for a table of 10 or $50 for an adult and $15 for kids. Your ticket includes dinner and entertainment with an array of Rugby legends speaking.

If you cannot get into the Mudgee Visitors Centre, you can can call them on 6372 1020 or visit their website at www.visitmudgeeregion.com.au

Dress Code is Smart Casual / Gents if you could wear your Club shirts and tie for the event please.

Tickets must be purchased prior to 5pm Monday 26th March unless sold out beforehand.

TANA UMAGA COMING TO MUDGEE

Former All Blacks captain Tana Umaga will partner former Kangaroo star Brad Clyde in an imposing centre pairing for the Australian Barbarians XV this year at Mudgee Grassroots.

Family Dinner Saturday Night

We are pleased to announce that this year we will be holding the family dinner function at Parklands Resort. There will be an under 12′s disco, outside Rugby for older children and a fabulous line up of speakers talking all things Rugby. Tickets will include a main plus dessert bar with tea and coffee. The cost of tickets will be $50 per adult or $450 for a table of 10. Children’s tickets will be $15 each. We will let you know where and how tickets can be purchased shortly. Tickets will be available from 1st March 2012.
